They just started appearing in my Quarantine tank, I was hoping to move some corals tomorrow, should I hit the pause button or are these just harmless tube worms of some type?

Pineapple sponges - harmless filter feeders that are very common in newer tanks. They typically go away on there own after a while from I've read. You do also have harmless tube worms in the photo though. The tiny white tubes on the rock by the little sponges are spirorbid worms, which are also filter feeders.

Pineapple sponges which are harmless, and short lived. They stem from silicates and can be from new rock or sand and even expired Di Resin
