Honestly, you're probably going to need clearer pics for an ID, but it looks unlikely to be a tube worm, so my guesses (based on what I can see) would be either some kind of coral, filter feeding sea cucumber, or anemone.

At first glance my first guess is some sort of clove polyps, if so they can be a bit evasive.

Hydroids or a type of clove polyps is what I'm thinking.

I was thinking Clive polyp or !!! Hydroid!!! It’s not a “new” frag had it for a little bit. Just moved it to my preplacement rack and noticed. I’ve got some Blue Sympodium in my frag tank. Not sure if I would recognize hydroids….

But those definitely are not the same , but heard these were possibly hydroids or they first called it “Green Aiptasia”… which I’ve never heard of but thought it might be slang for another invasive species
