Honestly, you're probably going to need clearer pics for an ID, but it looks unlikely to be a tube worm, so my guesses (based on what I can see) would be either some kind of coral, filter feeding sea cucumber, or anemone.
But those definitely are not the same , but heard these were possibly hydroids or they first called it “Green Aiptasia”… which I’ve never heard of but thought it might be slang for another invasive species![]()
Found these on another plug a week ago. I was advised to toss them and I did.
