What are theses? (Im assuming they are a pest)

Little guys fell off 2 of my new acro frags I got. A bunch more just fell off when I put them in the solution. They were swimming and going crazy. The ones in the solution have curled up and died.

Looks like common amphipods

They’re a sign of a healthy ecosystem, janitors, and good food for wrasses (among other fish).

Yes, you probably have a whole bunch in your system already.

If you’ve added any live rock to your system these types of critters are in there already, just you don’t see them as your planktivores mow down any free swimmers and bold explorers during the day.
