What are those?

I bought a whole setup, primarily for the frostbite clowns pair. I have no intention of keeping the rock for my new tank but I was curious what these tubeworm like things are at the top of this rock cave. Also, there a bunch of pineapple sponges all over. I really do like this cave rock though. So, I might bleach it out and add it to my new tank at a later time.
