Here we are in the Thanksgiving month once again! I love this month because it calls us back to an attitude of gratitude for the good things in life. I love it when the community comes together to express gratitude for the good things in our lives. This is one of those threads that I hope we really fill up, so post your thanksgiving thoughts here! Share what your grateful for (whether hobby-related or not)! Tag people you're thankful for! Feel free to post multiple times! I hope this is a thread we all keep coming back to and get joy and positive thoughts from.

So, let's get started!

Share what/who/anything you're grateful for!

I'm thankful for my husband. He's my best friend of 18 years and father of our 4 kids. I spend nearly every entire day with him (works from home and I'm a sahm) and although he doesn't share my love of reefing he'll support with with diy help on all my projects and drive 4 hours one way for a coral store.

I am grateful to my family, my wife, my pets, and surprisingly my work which has actually been a great place to work. I have watched a few neighbors go through a bad time with their jobs lately and I am glad I don't have to deal with this.

So many things! I'm grateful for my family even when the tough times just pile on. I'm grateful for my tank (Reef Tank 365 Wooot woooot!). And this year I'm grateful for every extra day I get with my old boy:

Thankful for my wife and family and our health. Last year was tough. My wife was diagnosed with cancer early in the year. She had a tough time and had to undergo surgery to remove the tumor. One week after she was declared cancer free, I was diagnosed with cancer. Last Thanksgiving week, I was in the hospital hooked up to monitors and IV. So, this year we have a lot to be thankful.

I'm thankful for a good job, good friends, family, a roof over my head, clothes on my back, and food to eat when I'm hungry. I've got so much to be thankful for.

The great thing about this forum is the sense of community. There are so many welcoming and friendly people that I get to call friend and hang out with - and I've never met them outside of this forum! If you're not already, go hang out in some of the vendor livesales and people's build threads that become hang outs. There so much interesting conversation and a bunch of amazing people here.
