What are your experiences keeping PJs as a trio?

Hi all, for those of you who are keeping PJ Cardinals as a trio, how has it gone for you? Do they tend to pair up and kill the odd one out as they get older, or do they tolerate each other and stick together even as they grow? Will having 3 be too risky in a 3 foot, 65-70 gallon tank?

Would love to know your experiences. I know they’re hard to sex if not impossible.

I have a trio in a 60 gallon. My PJs do not hang out together. Much gentler then doing it with Banghai cardinals. If you can do it go with 5.

I think I’ll stick with 3 because I want to keep some other species of fish. How big are your PJs and how long have you had them for?
