What automated probe to start with

I’m considering adding automated measurement probe to my setup. If you had to start with just one what would you pick? I was thinking ph but wondered what others thought.

If you dose limewater or use a calc reactor or use a CO2 scrubber I would get this the Milwaukee 122 I just purchased one yesterday
