What bacteria is this

So tank is 6 plus years I have begun over a period of time to take out 6 inch sand bed that is a phosphate trap. My rocks Al's I have slowly tooken out to soak in acid and give it a bleach soak. My phosphate was 90 on hanna ulr ane this stuff slowly pops up. What is it?

Not sure. Doesn't look like cyanobacteria, diatoms or dinoflagellates.

I'd vacuum the sand bed during a water change and see if it helps.

Microscope identification will tell what it is. Could be cyanobacteria.
