what best flow with 4 vortech qd40

hi i got 4 vortech qd40 in 200 gallon tank. 2 on sides and 2 on back. what mode is best for me?

Its all individual preference I run mine on Random mode just cause.

Agreed on personal preference. You need to try a few modes till you find what your corals like. I run 2 on my 80g, both on 85% Reefcrest, Anti-sync, 24/7. My sps seem to like it.
