What budget light for above sump?

What has got a light they recommend for above the sump?
LED? Motion? Grow light?
No sense answering Kessil or AI...I am not looking for anything above $30 hopefully.
Light for the refugium - yes, but not looking for a true refugium light....not yet. Right now the it's more to help me setup equipment.
I have not bought my DT lights yet..and want to save money for them.

I use a 150w UFO grow light. Works great.
