I have a mixed reef tank with a 48" Spectra hanging over it.

Right now I am running 2x 200W Radiums and 4x blue plus.

I am happy with the color of the light, but the halides are pretty much on only while I am at work, and my viewing time is mainly in the evening when I get home from work when just the T5s are on.

I am thinking about trying the following:

2x Giesemann Megachrom Coral 14.5k

and

2x ATI blue plus
2x ATI true actinic

Does this combination sound reasonable? Anyone have any thoughts or feelings about the Megachrome Coral 14.5k bulb? Or the Blue plus and true actinic combo as a supplement for a 14.5k halide?

If you keep running the Radiums, I would ditch the antics unless you use them for viewing after the MH are off. Made my tank too blue. I like the ATI blue Plus and Coral plus, next bulb change, I'll run one of those with a Giesemann Aqua blue
