What camera should I get 200-400 range.

Hello photographers,
I have 0 experience with photography, but I wanna get a camera for Christmas to take photos of my tank and corals .
Any suggestions on a good camera to get in the 200-400 price range ?

Can a macro lens and extension tubes be added to this? That looks like a great deal.

Or can u buy a micro lenz for it?
