ammonia and chloramines likely no, at least not with fresh filters installed.
silicates absolutely. They are the hardest element to remove. I run dual stage resin and they still get through.

silicate are very low ion charges so yes, so some silicates can get through RODI.

As per @Randy Holmes-Farley , chloramine getting through is more manufacturer myth. While it's possible, it's not likely and so spending extra on chloramine filters may not be needed.

cheap pool or pond test kit. I recall they read for both chorine and chloramine

Get on your local water department website. They should have a breakdown of everything in your tap water. Mine issues it quarterly I think.

Take a total chlorine reading on the rodi waste...if anything present, test for free chlorine and the difference between the free and total is your chloramine level

I have a 7 stage with triple di and pre chloramine filter pre rodi. Tried regular filters and chloramine specific filters. After almost a grand spent for an rodi unit I now only use distilled. Have a premium rodi unit for sale if anyone is interested

You can test your product water for ammonia the breakdown of chloramines results in ammonia. This is from brs and will also give you an idea of what your city uses to treat the water

Yes. And if so I would check the rodi water every week or so or after you make water for a water change. I live in Houston TX and the acceptable chloramine content is high and was burning through filters and resin
