What can escape from a tank?

Other than fish jumping out of the tank, which is why I'll be installing a netting tank cover, are there any other organisms that can escape? Thinking about a wide variety of clean-up crew and any hitchhikers that could come with live rock... especially any of them that could make their way past 1/4" netting. Thanks in advance!

Ive had some hermit crabs and snails climb up and out of the water but they never go out of the tank! Also had a sea urchin that probably would have wandered over the tank rim without my topper!

If you get a hitchhiking octopus (the odds of this are extremely low), it could get out.

Nerite snails are notorious for taking strolls around the room. I've also heard that some people have had shrimp jump, although how it happens is beyond me.

I have a lid, and I find snails on top of it. I find snails under the stand. I find snails on the floor 12' from the tank. They find a way out. Most of them are fine when I return them to the tank.

Same only I don't have a lid. It's sad when I can recognize the sound of a snail hitting the floor after my dog spits it out lol
