What can I do for my Monti?

When I received this monti from WWC auction it looked amazing. Green dots were everywhere on the actual piece of coral. It slowly started to bleach. I had it about half way up the tank, then moved it down. It continued to bleach so I moved it under an overhang, where it is currently.

What can I do to get it back?

My tank - 110g tall tank with sump in basement. 200 total gallons of water volume. Has been running well over a year.
Parameters are very consistent.

PH - 7.8
Ammonia - 0
Nitrites - 0
Nitrates - 2
Calc - 420
Alk - 9.0 dkh
Mag - 1350
Phopate - .037 ppm

How is the flow where it is located? My Montipora like lots of flow.

Is it dying? I was thinking it was just being bleached. I guess it can't hurt to move it up higher, maybe between the lights and put more flow on it.

It definitely looks like it is not doing well. Have you dipped it?

Yep. I dipped it and it seemed to be doing fine for a short time. Then one of the corners that was pointing to the lights started turning white. I thought it was bleaching so I moved it lower.

I almost lean that it is starving from low nutrients. Can in increase your nitrates a bit? Or maybe lower alk a tad?

Is 9dkh too high? I dose soda ash solution from BRS and they recommended the 9.0.
I also feed the corals by alternating reef chili, reef frenzy and another coral food. I use a thin turkey baster to dust the coral.

Wwc keep there corals under radions at a high percentage so I doubt it's lighting issue. It maybe be chemistry related.
