Just seems to be gettin worse everyday when other corals are thriving. Still not sure what type it is i have been told a favia but not sure ?

Not a favia, looks more like some kind of encrusting sps. How old is your tank? If its an SPS the tank may not be mature enough. What other types of corals are you keeping?

Looks like Cyphastrea and is bleaching.
Possibility of:
Too much light
High alk
High nitrate
High salinity
Inadequate water flow

also being in sand can irritate it if sand is getting on it
Are there any nearby corals? If so, they can be stinging it

Six weeks seems a bit early for that many corals. I think perhaps there aren't enough nitrates or phosphates yet not too high an amount. There needs to be the "just right" level to feed corals.

That is leptastrea, it could be your water parameters or shading that's killing the underside.
I meant Lepastrea which is correct
This phone spell correct is driving me up a wall

Too little light can also be an issue as you would have to move it closer to the light
