I feed my fish some Hikari pellets in the day, then in the evening I feed them 10 cubes of various Hikari frozen foods, I thaw the cubes in a small container with tank water, add a small scoop of reef roids to it mix it around then pour the liquid into the tank, let it circulate, flip power heads off and feed the fish.
