Not sure what this white-ish growth on the my rocks, and how can I eliminate it?
My levels seem ok:
DKH 8.23
Ca 443
Phosphate .03
Mag 1410
I tried with a little brush scrubbing the rock a little bit, but not getting it all.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Rick

And, it's the periphyton that Santa Monica had based the entire ats philosophy on

This is a community of reef organisms agreed bryo nice call. I personally will force it out of any tank I keep, others like it

It requires nothing other than basic import to find what it needs on a reef. It's removal isn't chem based it's all manual work and a touch of UV after the cleanup if one is being thorough

I wish I could grow those that well.

Ps , I'd get those NPS in a higher flow to stimulate the feeding response. You've def got the right food in there.
