What can this swimming indicate?

Does anyone know why my fish is swimming like this? He’ll go throughout the tank shaking his head side to side. I’ve been treating him with Copper Power since early March. Thanks!

i can tell you I treated two fish for marine velvet, the fox face would shake his head And also did this for the first 8 days in copper power. Now he is normal and happy

I know mine had ich and it went away at the beginning but I then noticed a couple spots again so I increased the dose a bit and he stopped the shaking. He’s doing it again now but I don’t see any spots. Should I increase dose again. It’s a little less than 2.0. Also, how long did you medicate for?

I kept it at 2.0 for 30 days then transferred to another 20 gallon long
