What Carbon and GFO for 30g AIO

I will be starting up an Innovative Marine 30L all in one over the next couple of weeks and I am wondering what the community believes is the best GFO to run in a reactor and carbon to run in a filter bag?

I use RowaPhos GFO and ROX 0.8 GAC. However you probably have little reason to use either one when just starting up a new tank (unless your phosphate is high from rock leaching or cycling.)

Definitely plan on waiting until I need to use them before adding them to the build but I’d rather get recommendations now instead of scrambling when I do need them.
