It is, without question, a tetrahedral model with the following possibilities:

Methane
Phosphate
Ammonium

It is intended to be phosphate. Strictly speaking, it is phosphoric acid PO(OH)3, without the hydrogens showing, which actually looks a little different than PO4--- since in phosphate, all of the oxygen atoms are equivalent, while in phosphoric acid, one is double bonded and three are single bonded to the central P.

The reason I picked phosphate is that in the real world, phosphate binding has been my most substantial accomplishment, using a polymer that binds it in people who suffer from hyperphosphatemia. For a while, sevelamer was the largest volume (mass sold per year) brand name pharmaceutical in the world. It went generic a bit ago, but peaked at sales well over $1 billion per year.

Phosphorus burns a pale bluish green when combusted, but I wonder if anyone has seen a molecule up close to see what it actually looks like? Heisenberg may have, according to my records but that cannot be verified using Google. He was cancelled for his views.​
