Ok I have a question would a 1/10 hp current usa chiller be enough to cool 90 gallon with a 20-30 gallon sump/fuge ? Or would I need something with a little more power ? Also there will be a 250watt sunpod on the system .

I really doubt you would even need a chiller for that set-up. If the temps do end up rising to higher than you would like, you can start by adding a small fan to blow across the water's surface. This alone can drop temps a couple of degrees.

We have t5s on our 65 and no heater in it and it never drops below 80 and sometimes gets up to 84. that is with a hood our lights are hanging.

Yes that should do the trick considering your ambient temp. - especially since they're on closeout at Premium Aquatics, that price can't be beat!

90 gallons with a 30 gallon sump is a lot for a 1/10 HP chiller rated for 60 gallons.

It would be a better idea to go with a Current 1/4 HP IMO.
