What comes first? coral or fish

Being as it is a new tank that will be finishing it's cycle soon what should I put in first? I want to start out with clowns and soft corals after the reef cleaners have been in there for a couple of weeks.

fish first. Get good at keeping your aquarium stable before you add coral.

Especially if it is your first tank, getting accustom to the needs of fish will help you in maintaining you parameters and make keeping coral easier in the future. It's a pain to start off with coral too soon and end up losing a lot of stuff.
