looks like carnation type coral (Dendronephthya) to me. Non-photosynthetic
 
It's a NPS it does get its sugar or food from lights but from the water column or free floating foods so mid to low placement and mid to low flow.

+1 on light placement but they need strong flow. They need to be fed phytoplankton and other filter feeding foods a few times a day to be kept in good health.
