Thanks for the ID everyone! I was not sure if it was a bubble coral because of how it was growing. I didn’t know there was a branching type! Also does anybody know what that stuff is growing on my shells there?

Most likely bio-film/sponge growth. Early stages of algae possibly? Nothing to worry about, just the natural beginnings of a reef tank.
