I couldn't get a very good picture of it, but I got a zoa colony that had a duncan on it and whatever this is. Any ideas what it is?

Yep! Get rid of it ASAP. Use kalk paste and inject it directly into the tube. The overall difference of PH range will cause them to melt away.

It should be more greenish in the center with green/ white tips.. Yours appears to be more white in color. Maybe someone else has a better eye. To really be sure you need to take a photo of the base it should be green and compare and contrast to what you find online. Good luck

If it is a Duncan an LPS there should be a skeletal structure. I am leaning towards Majano as well for the second ID.

Just a small update, that Duncan does have a skeletal structure. I got rid of the Majano anemone as best as I could. But found tiny feather dusters in the zoa colony. They dont look too much like hydroids, but I tryed plucking them out as best as I could anyway to play it safe.
