What coral is this.

I’ve been told this is a hammer coral but it looks more like a torch does anyone know if it is a hammer.

The polyps are not fully expanded yet so can't be 100% certain. It looks like torch now tho. Once it fully expands, if the tentacles get longer then torch, if the head get fatter then hammer.

Doesn't matter much tho, both are euphylias and have similar care requirements

Thanks I have had a search and found that there is hammers like this. maybe I will know more once it’s in my system.

I agree with dkmoo.
But it does not look like any frogspawn I've ever seen. IMO.
