Update on my 29 gallon nano. Can't decide what I should get to put in the shade below my toadstool, and I'm thinking some more euphyllia on the left?...suggestions?

For a post like this to get useful suggestion, you should post your system details.
System parameters
System filtration and equipments like lights., skimmer...etc
System dosing
System inhabitants
What kind of coral you intersted in

Without such data any suggestion is dart in the dark.

Parameters looks good. Am assuming you have good confident in these values.
What kind of system you like running?
Soft coral
LPS
Sps
Mixed
Small clam can also add nice touch to reef..

I am confident in those numbers. I test often. Oh, I forgot to include the 7.9dkh sorry. The rock flowers are on the rocks because I have so much rock that there's very little open sand available and my sand bed is very shallow. I expected them to move to where they were most comfortable but they attached where I set them and haven't moved since I got them last November.
I don't really want to get into sps with this system. I'd prefer to stick to softies and lps.

If you want exotic softie, I like Green Nepthea, they are gorgeous and neon green. Also Japanese Leather are beautiful they have longer tentacles compared to regular leather..like really long.
Regular softies like kenya tree and xenia. I do not like them much cause they grow so fast and can take over.
If you intersted in some lps. Acanatho and Trachyphyllias have beautiful colora...

Thanks. I'll look into those. My biggest question is if there is any species that will do well in the shade created by my toadstool?

Most of these require low to moderate light and flow..I think it should be on depend on which one exactly.
Softies are very very tolerant to light...

Oh If you are in to rock anemones you might like ricordia. They come with all colors and shapes..
You can also venture in to things like sun coral. They need feeding but really nice looking.

Thank you for the suggestion. I do need something colorful for the little bit of bare sand and those would be perfect.
Look in to the acanathos and Trachyphyllia. These come with lots of colors and all sand placment
