first pic looks like white slime, assuming that’s growth on a rock? - which is a non-scientific description of a bacterial or algal bloom.

What are your params like? Do you dose carbon?

And do you run carbon? Any chance of contaminants getting into tank? Cleaning solutions, air fresheners etc?

I will
Check my params and no I am not I can start running carbon ? And why would sor fresheners matter

How to fix ?
If they are vermatid snails, hard to be sure from the pic, then crushing them with needle nose pliers ir the tip of a knife will kill them. They are small snails that move when young and then become immobile. You may find them around your tank if you look close.
