What could this be ? Mycobacterium Marinum

Not really sure what these small blisters could be or what caused them.Didn’t get stung by a coral or bristle worm.First noticed them 3 wks ago this is how it changed since then roughly 1wk apart in each photo.Does anyone know what it could be? @ReefSquad

I am a family physician and good with dermatology. Even so I cannot diagnosis your rash based on 3 photos. I recommend not trying to get help on R2R and to see your own physician.
