What could this be?

Sorry in advance for the terrible pics. Hard to really capture what I'm talking about while fish is moving.

Its a Fathead anthias and has these white spots on the tip of each of its side fins but no where else. Almost looks like the tip of the fins touched salt but it doesn't look like ich. No flashing or anything. No issues with other fish and I will add that all fish are QT by TTM and 2 doses of prazi over a 4-6 week period.

Any idea? It has been getting beat up lately by my purple tang.

Mine gets the same thing. Not 100% but I think it may be from where he sleeps, I notice he uses his fins to balance himself when he's on the sand or the rocks.
I freaked out the first time I saw it and thought it was ick or something.
 
Could be lymphocystis. It generally arises at the edge of fins and tends to go away on its own with good nutrition. But as mentioned above it is kinda hard to tell in the pics.
