I’m not too concerned about the pectoral fin. That’s been there for months. I just noticed the dark spots on its back and if it’s a disease or parasite. No idea what it could be...Typically, coral stings show up on clowns as melanin deposits - little black spots. The spots on the back are probably showing because they are in the white section of the fish. They look deeper seated, and not on the skin's surface, do they look like that in person? Is the third spot you are talking about the round dark spot on the pectoral fin?

It almost looks like a bruise under the skin, that’s why I was asking if it looks to be on the surface or deeper down.I’m not too concerned about the pectoral fin. That’s been there for months. I just noticed the dark spots on its back and if it’s a disease or parasite. No idea what it could be...
It did seem deep down. Like a bruise of some sort. So weird. Hope it’s not life threatening. It almost looks like a bruise under the skin, that’s why I was asking if it looks to be on the surface or deeper down.
This isn’t any of the typical fish diseases, so I can’t suggest a treatment....
