I apologize for the poor video. This little guy is 1/4-1/2 inch, was a little red ball at first and then stretched out and these white feathery things appeared at one end. Any ideas??? I will try to get a better video. TIA

Some kind sea slug ir cucumber looks like to me but no clue really.
Someone should be able give id.here is a screenshot from video

When I share videos I down load them to you tube and everyone can watch them no problem

Based on the feathery looking things on its head, I would guess sea cucumber

Grey sea slug (Aeolidia papillosa). You would think that being called Grey means that it would have the decency to be grey but it can also commonly be brown or even a bit purple. This nudibranch eats anemones and 'saves' their stinging cells for use in its own cerata (fronds).
Verysimilar is the red sand sea cucumber from hawaii (Chiridota hawaiiensis)

Nearly certain it’s a sea cucumber. If it is, you should be able to see it curl the feathery things into it’s mouth, it looks almost like it’s licking each ‘finger’ (feather) one at a time.

Ok, so a tiny bit freaked out... I just learned that Medusa worms are actually sea cucumbers! I suppose since this guy is the size of my fingernail at the moment, I'm probably ok, but now I'm wondering if I should remove him...?
