Sorry if this is a repost but I have tried going through threads and cannot figure this one out. Can someone help me find out if I should toss it in the tank or the trash?

+1 to flatworm, do you see any others? (look closely) if so a cheap wrasse like a six-line will polish them off in a week…

I dipped it in seachem reef dip and used a dropper to blow off any loose particles. I left it in for about 20-30 min. Hoping that works ill keep an eye out for any more. Thanks for the quick replies

Not a flatworm, some type of pod. Judging by the forked tail appearance, it may be exactly as @v3v3 suggested. Best to toss that one
