What creature is this?

I was cleaning one of the tanks today and saw this amazing looking creature. My wife has seen is a couple of times but for me this was the first. Its probably something common but I have no idea what it might be. Its very vibrant in color and nearly 2 inches long. Anyone know what it might be. It looks just like a centipede.

From the pictures i pullled up online it looks just like the centipedes they have different colors but the same look to them, i would venture to say centipede as well
 
I agree it looks like some kind of bristle worm, but those colors scare me a bit, take a look through here and see if you can match it up.

I seen one that looks exactly like that on a show called wild deep on animal planet, they called it a fireworm.
