Acetabularium, or something like that.
I had those on Carribean live rock and they would sprout when the nutrients went up. Otherwise harmless although I have heard of infestations, again due to nutrient-rich conditions in the tank.

Update: after a week, it looks like it withered a lot. 
I think if may be due to the fact that I shifted my lights a bit (moved from 6" above the tank to 12"), and/or that I haven't fed the corals in a few days.
