What did I get with my "clean" Chaeto?

Closed up nem... keep it under light and take a picture of it when it's not drawn in... foot hints that it's not a mojano, but the size tells me it's either the smallest split ever, or very, very irritated

This came straight from Algaebarn. Discovered it an hour after putting the Chaeto into an otherwise completely empty (new) refugium.

Has the anemone opened for you to figure out what it is yet? Could be an awesome freebie. I understand not wanting it, when you were expecting nothing but chaeto from a reputable source

Lights are slowly coming on in my Coral QT in the next hour. I will get a better look then.

Here's the guy.. Is that... Aiptasia?

I pulled out the Aiptasia and do not believe that's what I got from AlgaeBarn. The Aiptasia was too small compared with what I put in last night. However, still no luck finding what it was. It disappeared into the vast aquascape in the QT.. (haha). I'll report back in case it shows itself..

THe first picture and this last one are of the same nem? Looks much different. Looks like aiptasia ys.

Yeah the first pic looks like a much bigger nem. Thats definitely aptasia though

I put the nem into the Coral QT tank last night into a cup with slits. This morning the nem was gone from the cup and about two inches away on the glass this showed up. I am looking at my Coral QT every day pretty intensely to see what's going on with the QT corals and I did not see any aiptasia yesterday.

Could it be a coincidence and the nem from the Chaeo is somewhere else in the 20g tank? Remotely possible. But likely?

I will keep looking throughout the day though. However I don't feel good about it and don't know whether I should pull the Chaeto from the DT refugium..
