What did you get on Black Friday

As I still live at home, I have two parents to deal with.
My strategy is to buy everything (On my own debit card), and then clean the house and ease into it- So... you know how it was Black Friday today?, Well, I got a really great deal on some new ESSENTIAL parts for my tank. (And then only show them what I've told them about, not the $400 new Kessil and EB832)
(They are pretty good about letting me spend what I want, and don't interfere too much )

I picked up some marine pure, some apex equipment, 2 new powerheads, new kessils, new RFAs, and some other thinks like food and topping up on other stuff.

Didn't buy a thing, but by "get" the brown truck and amazon both made a stop with some tank filtration upgrades.

I bought an Avast Marine Spyglass reactor and Solenoid valve to hook my RO/DI unit directly to the ATO system...which is also Avast Marine.

Nothing too exciting this year but I did get one of those 50% off media reactors from BRS as well as a few odds and ends, T5 bulbs ect. May order some more stuff by the end of the weekend now that my xmas shopping is nearly complete..

Well, sadly I had my Maxspect Gyre controller suddenly jump off the bracket into the sump, and my impeller broke on my Reef Octopus skimmer that the pump was discontinued on, so I bought a new Gyre controller and a new skimmer pump at a discount at least.

Also picked up a Hanna Checker copper tester, although sadly couldn't pick up any fish to QT after buying the other stuff.

might of been a bit overboard, however the timing of the sales were perfect. A little over a month ago I started running into a few random equipment issues with my current setup, which went from designing a few simple fixes to, I should just get a larger tank. Knowing I'm gonna have to explain how a 4ft tank turned into a 6ft one, wife prep work started early.
-Step 1, start measuring things in the house, don't say a thing, get her curious as to what I'm doing. (tank placement, will it fit around doorways...)
-Step 2, start talking about how I need to hurry up and finish painting the kitchen. Actually start doing it.
-step 3, start talking about all the savings online! Get her to agree how awesome it is.
-Step 4, talk about the new tank thats gonna fit perfectly behind the living room couch, and how its gonna work with those discounts she previously said were cool.
Step 5, duck when the spears come.

this year I'm cashing into the red sea sale, and will be getting a reefer 750, combined with discounted gift cards it turned into about 17% off. I have also been finding deals on some used lights, transfering most of my current setups contents over, only thing I'm still searching for is a used Abyzz A200 or a solid discount.. Saw last year they went 15-20% off, just not seeing the sales on them this year. If anyone has and leads for where to look let me know! Ebay has 5% off, I'm sure I can find better if I search enough.

I got a new sump, (wife said I could get that) but I threw a skimmer in with it. Couldn’t pass it up being $100 dollar discount. But I’ll spend more on her Xmas gifts so she can’t say anything, lol. Now I almost have everything I need to re-do my tank
