What did you name your tank?

I just walk up to mine and say. "Hello beautiful". Give everything a good once over then grab a hand full of pellets and go feed my koi pond. Both make me happy. I have named one of my koi gator. He's always the first to come to me when I feed

After replying to this thread yesterday I completed a video on why I call my reef "Average Reef" which I had already been working on prior. while it is a pretty plain name there is some reasoning behind it. Hopefully when I finally get the dream reef I'll come up with a clever name for it.

My favorite which I also saw on youtube and got to see the tank in person was pragmatic reef. It was a beautiful tank but also a clever name.

We've found that for these to blend properly and give the spread I want, hanging them a little higher is best. We've also found out that most corals dont need super high light at all.

This is why I love reef2reef , I just raised my t5's about 4 -6 inches higher and the polyps and lps coral are really looking healthy now !

Mines called House Reefer 525, because it’s a Reefer 525 and the theme of the tank is a Maldivian house reef

The naming idea is that to have a reef tank way far from that original environment is a miracle to the creatures within it. So, it is a tiny ocean, sea, harbor, whatever. And the Tanksman (I just keyed the phrase) are the providers of everything. Except aptasia. They come all on their own.

I keep seeing posts of people who named their tanks, I was just wondering how many of us do. I just finished my 120 build about 6-8 months ago, and i dubbed it the kraken, for obvious reasons.

What did you all name your systems and why?
