Does said window cause constant algae issues?

I believe so. More the tank matures the worse it gets.
It's not a film algae. It's a hard green algae I have to scrape off with a razor blade. Never had to deal with that before.
I do believe that the sunlight is beneficial in many ways as well but this algae sucks.
