Hi all, I was wondering if anyone of you can identify what this is under her mouth, she was previously hosting with some zoas and now is hosting with a blastomussa, and has some hypermelanosis on her body, this has been on her mouth for a while but seemed to get worse. She is eating and has a lot of energy anyway, if that helps ID.

I've got a phantom clown with a similar issue. It's eating well and behaves normally otherwise - and has been improving over the past week. It's possibly a trauma or injury. In the case of your fish, is she mouthing/biting the blasto she's trying to host? Could be an infection caused by the coral stings.

Looks like a bacterial infection. For infections of the head area using both Sulfaplex + Neoplex works pretty nicely.

Are those reef/invert safe? Do you suggest adding them to food or to do a whole tank treatment? If a whole tank treatment is suggested, would you QT her?

No antibiotics are reef safe. Treatment is best done in a QT in the water column.
