What do I do to get rid of green algae

That looks like green hair algae. I would recommend Vibrant aquarium cleaner (make sure it's the reef safe variety), or a dolabella sea hare. The sea hare is faster but is there is no more algae they die.

Well there are many ways to get rid of it so it might help to state some tank stats, critters in there now, nutrient levels etc

So will sea hares.
