I have a few new things happening I'm not sure about... HELP!!

I do I'm more worried about if what I have on the sand or rocks is dino or cyano

Also for reference my nitrate is .25 and my phosphate is .03

It looks like you have a few different things going on - but I'd get the glass cleaned and then change your filter after so you can get a better idea of what you're all dealing with.

How old is your tank? Looks like a standard case of new tank uglies to me. Clean what you can manually, keep a decent clean up crew, and give it some time.
