Could I get an ID on these? Brown dusting on my sand and glass. Less so after lights out.

Temp 77.8
Phosphate .18
No3 10
No2 0
Cal 430
Alk 7.7
PH 8.5
Mag 1400
Working on lowering phosphate to .10 or less and raising Alk to 10
ICP test showed
Zinc nearly undetectable
Manganese 0.113
Cobalt 0.281
Iron 0.4
Got products to correct all these items that where low.
Did have nitrate at 25 and Phosphate at 5.5 but have got those slowly lowered. The only one I'm still struggling with is Phosphate but I realize it will take time to get it out of tank. All fish and cuc are doing well and coral I have is Lps and softies. Tried some Sps but can't seem to get them to thrive. Any help will be very much appreciated!!!
