What do these look like?

Hello, I can't tell if these three critters are good pods or not. They are all over the glass, sand, and tank.

*Please ignore the dirty glass. Just got back from a 2+ week trip and the glass needs to be scrapped/cleaned.*

Thanks! That's them alright, just Googled the name. That was exactly what I was looking for.

So they appear to be good. Maybe I should get a fish to keep them at bay, they are everywhere! My glass looks like it has lice. They just bloomed out of nowhere. It's only a 10g tank, so limited to the fish I can get though.
