What do u feed your zoos??

I know they technically dont need to be fed but I have heard some good stuff about feeding zoas and palys.

I have also read
something about giving them iodine. Doesnt this hurt you other inverts??

i feed this one colony of mine with frozen krill i chop them up to really teeny small pieces and target feed them and they grow crazy humongous i had also fed the smaller zoas with some rotifers and they seem to like it, i dont dose anything heres a pic of my palys they say pink n gold but not sure

I have been using Reef Frenzy for years... I do not prodcast feed but spot feed the colonies. Works great!!!
 
I have always wondered if they are actually eating or just crunching up from getting to close to them lol

i spend most of the days in front of my tank when i'm not working lol so ive seen them take the krills if its too big they just spit them out but all in all it looks cool nonetheless,
 
I used to feed them fine pieces of mysis and would see the eat it but saw no benefits over a long period of time other than higher nitrites so I just stopped
 
I use Coral Frenzy but I don't feed them regularly. I usually spray them with whatever is leftover from feeding my other corals.
 
Sump junk they are in the trashy part of my system never clean it and they love it odd but they multiply like crazy
