Very nice looking tank, especially considering how young it is. I also admire your keep it simple approach. Good job!

I'm also curious about the size of that tank in gallons. And what your maintenance schedule is like?

Here are my thoughts on the tank.

1. Tank looks good.
(Then I saw the total spent)
2. You only spent $349!? That's fantastic!
I just have the basics and all my corals I get from craigslist friends for a great price I haven't spent over 25 on a coral and my local coral shop has a great fish selection. Thank you!!

Welcome Katt ,& real nice tank ! All on a tight budget too. You really scored on the tank . How many gallons?
Just a ten gal I'm going to upgrade to a 40 gal soon hopefully! My tank was free and the filter and heater I had same with the powerhead but I did include it all in my total price

Im all about saving a buck haha. Its ten gal I do 2 gal water change every 10 days I feed coral reef roids once a week and feed fish 2 times a day. My first 4 months were a struggle all because i used tap water. I'll never do that agin haha thanks for the love!

I hear that. I am still planning and collecting gear for my first nano reef, and budget is a real issue.

Looks like your routine is working well, and you are off to a great start. It's an inspiration for me, so thanks for sharing!

You should! Craigslist is key! I did planted tanks forever and was afraid to jump into reefing cause how hard I thought I would be but one day my wife said why dont you do a reef tank you have everything to start another tank. So I did it was difficult and I was alwase worried at first but I love it now and really want a bigger tank! Anytime!

Honestly, it looks pretty good. It's nice and simple, and I like that. If I were you, I would just keep doing what you're doing and let it grow. I like your choice in clowns- it's cool seeing a pair that aren't occellaris.

What do I think? I think it looks great and you cannot beat the price! Love the Toadstool. I have a similar one I got for free. Never would have bought it and turns out I love it.
