Looks like a bristle worm and it is not bad, just don't touch it with bare hands. The bristles are worse than fiberglass shards in your fingers...

Thanks. I do appreciate the quick response. If I have one, I assume there are more, so this one has been removed...
I get that they are "beneficial", but all the same, they are CREEPY!

Yes they are.... Most reefers have them and some actually want them too
