What do you all think? ATS, bio pellets, or both?

Now to figure out which size to build... I don't feed a whole lot, so I won't need too much.

I feed two pinches of flake,an about 20 pellets, 3 sinking wafers daily, plus Mysis every other day. My ATS is about 9"X9" and has 500GPH on a vertical screen. Nothing seems to grow algae as well as a 23W cfl with a big reflector. My nitrates are zero consistently.

I was running both pellets and an ATS for a little while on my old 110. Saw no ill effects, or algae growth in the tank would have bouts with cyano every so often. Can't day with certainty if they were caused by either.

I had them both running off of my return manifold.
