What do you do with used T5 Bulbs

Just wondering if there is a place to recycle them around or if someone uses them for other purposes.

It just depend on who handles waste disposal in your area. All it takes is a call or just check out their website. If it likes waste management here in Knoxville all I did was check out their website. In 5 minutes I had the recycling center address

If there is a 'batteries plus' store near you call them and see if they participate in a recycling program. Most of those stores do, but they suggest calling and asking.

Any flourescent bulb is considered universal hazardous. Waste, most cities have special places. To. Take. Them batteries bulbs things like that.. Take it to a local shop and see if they would dispose of. It for you

Most Home Depot stores offer bulb (and battery) recycling. Usually a drop box up front by the returns line/service desk. That's where I take mine.

The home depot here only takes cfl bulbs.
